- Returns of any merchandise must be approved by Black Tires Inc. in advance and have a Sales Receipt number provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Approved returns will be credited to your account.
- If product is being returned from outside a LOCAL delivery zone, return must be sent ‘prepaid’ by the customer.
- Clients must cover freight and tire replacement charges for tires submitted to manufacture for warranty inspection. Once faulty tire(s) are inspected and approved clients will then be reimbursed
- Black Tires Distribution Inc. reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
