1. Payment Policy

• Update (July 19, 2024): Due to a recent surge in fraudulent transactions, Black Tires has temporarily suspended the acceptance of credit card payments. This measure protects our customers’ financial information and ensures the integrity of all transactions.
• Accepted Methods of Payment: E-transfer, Bank Transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Shiba Inu, and XRP (Ripple).
• Discounts: All cryptocurrency transactions receive 5% off the final price.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation as we implement enhanced security measures.

2. Product Selection & Responsibility

• Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all tires and/or parts meet their vehicle’s original equipment requirements (sizing, fitting, compatibility, etc.).
• Our quote generator tool is provided as a guide only and should not be the sole basis for any purchase decision.
• Always review your owner’s manual and, if needed, consult a trained professional before purchasing.
• Black Tires Distribution Inc., its affiliates, and associate dealers are not liable for the use of this tool or for purchase decisions made by customers.
• Using the tool constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer.

3. Loyalty & Promotions

• Returning retail clients purchasing four (4) or more tires receive $40 CAD off their next purchase.
• The Welcome Back Promotion applies to all purchases of four (4) or more tires, excluding dealer transactions.

• Areas outside Toronto’s core may incur additional charges.
• Expedited delivery requests will include additional freight charges.

6. Returns & Warranties

• All returns must be approved in advance by Black Tires Distribution Inc. with a valid sales receipt number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Approved returns will be credited to your account.
• Returns from outside a local delivery zone must be sent prepaid by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for freight and tire replacement charges when submitting tires for manufacturer warranty inspection. If a tire is confirmed faulty, reimbursement will be issued.
